Music Therapy for Emotional, Neurological and Social Wellbeing

Hello!

I'm Arianna (she/her). I'm a music therapist and I am the founder of Armonia Music Therapy. I'm passionate about supporting people in their journeys of healing and self-discovery.

My practice is rooted in a holistic approach to health: I believe that our physical, mental and emotional health are deeply interconnected. I tailor sessions to each person's needs and wishes: we are all unique and we all need different things, and my way of working celebrates and reflects that.
I have experience working with people of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life, ranging from children and adults with special needs, people living with dementia and Alzheimers, as well as people with mental health challenges, trauma survivors, refugees and expats.

My own lived experience of moving and settling in different countries makes me passionate about supporting others navigate through important changes in their lives.
I am committed to empowering people through music, and helping others deepen their connection with themselves and the world around them.
I offer sessions in English, Italian and Spanish - both online and in person.
