INDIVIDUAL MUSIC THERAPY
In a 1:1 session, we draw from a variety of techniques and approaches to make it as relevant and personalised to your needs as possible. Examples of what we might do in a session:

Working on challenges, issues or themes you might bring by creating music and sounds together in the moment, for example by using percussions and/or body percussion and your voice.

Therapeutic song-writing, where we can write songs together as a way to process and heal

Using gentle, yoga-informed movements in combination with live, improvised music to explore how you can express your emotions through free movement

FAMILY MUSIC THERAPY
This session is for families who would like to explore different ways to communicate, interact, and connect with one another. These sessions are especially beneficial for parents who have a child with special needs or additional learning needs. We can support you exploring new ways to communicate and connect with your child through music.

GROUP MUSIC THERAPY
Group sessions can be very powerful as you get to interact and communicate with others through music in a way that feels comfortable and safe.
We will facilitate the group experience with activities and exercises that are tailored to the group and each individual within it.
Being part of group music-making can foster and enhance feelings of connection, purpose and belonging and help counteract feeling isolated and disconnected.

Free your voice
This workshop is for anyone who would like to discover the full potential of their voice and learn how to harness its power. It's particularly designed for teachers, public speakers, CEOs, but anyone is welcome to it.
Learn how to effectively warm up your voice, how to feel and come across as more confident, secure and assertive by using your voice in different ways. This workshop will help you find your authentic voice.

Team Building
This workshop is designed for companies and organisations, to support their employees in feeling more motivated and connected at work. Through a variety of accessible musical activities, I will help the group explore ways to improve and expand on effective and honest communication skills. This workshop also focuses on learning new tools for creative and successful group decision making, which fosters team building and helps reduce stress and anxiety.

Creative Boost
This workshop is for anyone who is interested or involved in creative arts, such as writers, artists, performers or musicians.
Together, we will explore ways in which you can enhance your creativity and your performance skills. I will help you overcome any creative blocks, learn useful tools to manage performance anxiety, and help you express your artistic vision.
Supervision
Arianna provides professional supervision for qualified music therapists and creative health practitioners. She has experience supporting both trainees and therapists at different stages of their careers, and her approach is grounded in a person-centred philosophy.
Supervision offers a safe, supportive space to reflect on your work, explore challenges, and strengthen your clinical and creative identity. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs — whether you’re looking to deepen your therapeutic practice, navigate complex cases, develop creatively, or support your ongoing professional growth.
Together, we’ll nurture and expand your connection to the therapeutic process in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
